I was very pleased with David?s professionalism and his presentation of the method in which he was going to clean the carpets. He arrived a little early which was fine and did an excellent job. My only question was when he took the contract he was very adamant that he would have a helper with him to complete the job but when he arrived he did it on his own. I liked the fact that he came in prepared to test the tile for the type of cleaning agent needed. Very professional, curteous and thorough.
The technician was on time and made the extra effort to call me,when he got no answer at the front door. The carpets were cleaned far better than we thought possible. We will use them again.
On time, very courteous and overall did a pretty good job.
Very polite, Nice people, They did a good job. I was told by someone else that they were a bit expensive. But I was pleased with their work.
