KMC made it so easy. We received a fair estimate and scheduled the work. The carpets look brand new! David and his crew were efficient as well as friendly and helpful.

The owner personally came to give estimate. The following day the techs came and cleaned our carpets. They also cleaned spots on our sofa at no extra charge. The men were in uniforms and pleasant. They communicated their cleaning process and made us conferrable. The fans were noisy, but the carpets were dried in three hours as promised.
