The lady who’s runs the place was ok until u try to take your name off a lease that you had for a year with a roommate and then she avoids you like your the plague ! Then to top it off after I didn’t live in the property for a year and a half they sued me for two months rent and a water bill for the last 2 months that my ex roommate lived there ! I'm sorry you feel this way, the first phone call I received was yesterday which I returned. I told your husband if you needed anything that I would be more than happy to provide it. He stated that it was being taken care of. I did let him know if anything else was needed to let me know. I also checked my voicemail and there is nothing about faxing anything to the bank
They wont fix anything, they will screw u every chance they get, if u call to ask a question they hang up on u. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They are nothing but SCAM ARTISTS. They sued my wife for someone else who lived there a year later. My wife gave proper notice but now i am having to oay for it because nobody else will. If u rent from hem you are seriously dumb. 1 star is way to high of a rating

LOVE Klewicki LLC! They have rented to several friends and acquaintances of mine. Always willing to work with you on past issues and give you a chance. They work very hard to make their units very nice.
