Recommendedwonderful landlord leaves you alone till you do something that violates the lease. they stay out of your business unless there are issues. beautiful apartments immaculately clean when upon moving in. responds to matinence issues in a more than timely manner when notified. are very respectful and accommodating of possible. would recommend to anyone and everyone 10/10 don't plan on leaving till I can afford to buy a house.
Very unprofessional she can’t upkeep her properties they don’t have counter tops in most she will swear at you and make up every excuse on why she can’t keep up your properties her business is ran out of the back of another business and the workers who work with her are even worse then her the woman was disrespectful and told me get the fu*k out of the office for trying to take a picture of a legal document I just brought in to give to Cheri for it fixing the leak in the roof… See more
THE WORST LANDLORD EVER. She doesn’t respond until months after. She hasn’t fixed our leaking ceiling for months. We tried to get someone to take over our lease and she wouldn’t respond. She’s the most unprofessional landlord swearing at her tenants. She calls it “prime real-estate”. We will be reporting her to the US department of housing for sure. We have been renting from Klewicki since 2015! We have even lived in 3 different apartments as we transferred to better fit our family when we were expecting a baby. We never had any issues and when we do or did Cherie answers as soon as she can and her husband is over in reasonable time to help us with the issue!
