I have been a patient of Klein Crossing Dental for several years. The staff is awesome! Going to the dentist is not favorite thing to do but is necessary. They do everything they can to calm my nerves and great environment.
Dr. Welty was very nice and very gentle as she examined my teeth. The office staff and dental techs/hygienist were beyond compare. I have been to more than one doctors office where the doctor is wonderful but his/her staff is horrible and can make you sop coming. The opposite is true here. Dr. Welty’s staff is exceptionally professional and courteous. The office is very attractive as well.
The usual is always very good, with great treatment, pleasant reception, prompt response to my questions and all this all ending with a great cup of coffee/thanks

I write a review for Dr. Welty after every visit primarily because I'm so amazed each time at how she manages to do everything right when it comes to customer service. From the time I make the appointment, to being greeted by the staff they are always warm, caring and knowledgeable. Dr.Welty is always attentive and ready to answer any questions or concerns as is her entire team. I'm glad I found them!
