I've been seeing Dr. Welty since her old office next to Krogers and I have always been very satisfied with the service I received. Ms. Mandy was so great at explaining to me the situation I had and what I can do at home to prevent or take care of what I have issues with. Hailee was great at explaining my benefits for the service I need. Everyone you come in contact with will treat you with some much kindness and professionalism. The knowledge and recommendation from Dr. Welty helped me make an informed decision pretty quickly. Thanks to Hailee, Elizabeth, the hygienist, and office manager, my experience was exceptional.
The entire team is fantastic! I am an apprehensive patient but they are gentle, friendly and communicative. Tina is wonderful and always makes the visit as easy and comfortable as possible. Dr. Welty is a gem. Don't hesitate to share your concerns and she will meet you with an honest and warm response.
Dr Welty’s office is always clean, professional and no wait time in the lobby. Very gentle and exceptional cleaning with the hygienists. We have been going to her office for several years and we’re always happy with our service and great dental care!

This was my second visit to Klein Crossing. Got a new bridge, made in-house, fitted and adjusted in one visit. Highly recommend.
The office was very clean and very well kept. The team of people were extremely professional and informative. The office manager (Gary) introduced himself and inquired about my experience and any ways to improve. This is the first office that I have been too, where I feel they were being very honest about the condition of my teeth. They were able to complete the one filling that I needed, right then. That was convenient! I like the office, the team, and I definitely can recommend them.
