I had a cracked crown that was replaced without any issue or pain in no time. Excellent work and the staff is very friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
I think the title says it all. I can't say enough good things about them. Beautiful, clean office,more like a spa, Warm, friendly, professional staff and a caring, competent dentist. Dr. Welty and her team are the best!
The staff was very accommodating and professional.. I was informed of choices/alternatives without coercion. I was informed of exactly what the insurance covered and my out of pocket expenses also. The procedure was done with care and it was a good experience for me. I would recommend this facility for anyone needing dental care.
Sandy was wonderful, kind and gentle. Made you feel very relaxed.
Great staff and beautiful dental office
These guys were great. Very quick and personable. They got me in fast. Dr. Chang is only there on fridays and she is fantastic. They make you feel welcome and at home.
As a person who never cared for going to the dentist since childhood, I have no problem coming to this office. The people are always friendly and smiling and the work is done on a timely basis and correctly. That is a big plus for me! I even had my appointment moved up because of a cancellation! Thanks to all of you in the office!
Without any doubt this dental facility has the best staff. Friendly, caring, and well informed. The facilities are superb. Clean, organized, on time with your appointment and a great location. If you are in need of a dentist and facility you can't go wrong with Klein Crossing Dental.
I love the way the entire office works together to give me excellent service from the front desk to the dental assistants / hygienists to the dentist, Dr. Welty. I have going here twice per year for over 10 years and now my kids have graduated from the pediatric dentist to Dr. Welty as well:)
