My happy place! Updated our kitchen by replacing pulls with the polished nickel ones.... Amazing quality and super customer service. Highly recommend...
The store's website is down and has been for several days. When I called to ask when it would be back up, I was told that the site is managed and I quote, "by another company" . Ok, that seems odd. Asked to speak to the store manager and was directed to lighting department. When I asked her for the store manager, she said "every department has it's own manager". Customer service is totally incompetent and no-one I spoke with or met with seems to care.
I thought everything was beautiful I haven't been in the store but I will walk in and check it out from what I see on Facebook it is nice !!
We have purchased many light fixtures and kitchen sink & facet and kitchen cabinet hardware from Klaff's in Danbury and have been very pleased with all our purchases. The store has a lovely layout and is all on one level which makes for great shopping. They also have a very helpful staff.
