We are currently renovating our kitchen and we placed an order for a sink and faucet. After 7 weeks and a couple of calls and emails from me, I was told the sink was backordered an additional 6 weeks. Very disappointed with the customer service and lack of follow up and follow through. We will not be using them in the future. I was able find the same sink for $70 less and it will be delivered in 2 days.
Worst customer service at the Scarsdale store.
Worst customer service! A Shame because they have great products but we had the worst experience buying a sink. Took 2 weeks to be able to reach someone and get info after going to the store (we had to go back there) and they it took more than double the time to get the sink. They did not do anything about it, are rude on the phone...�
Hands down the worst costumer service they are clueless and frustrating!
Without hesitation I would recommend Klaff's for their outstanding customer service and knowledge. We did a large renovation and spoke with 4-5 different kitchen designers, all of whom pushed back on our ideas. When we got to Klaff's they were the ONLY kitchen designer that truly listened and valued our input and the result was spectacular. Annette DePaepe attention to detail and concepts were amazing and truly made our experience extra special.
