have went to Klaes for several years for back and neck pain. I went in for pain a few months ago after not getting adjusted for 5 years. they didn't take xrays, just did adjustments. I was not getting any relief so I decided to get a second opinion. I went to a chiropractor in Columbus and when they took xrays they discovered that my cervical spine was curving the wrong way causing pinched nerves and could eventually lead to more serious problems if not found and treated. In a effort to keep healthcare costs down, and eliminate unnecessary radiation exposure, we are conservative when it comes to taking X-rays. We absolutely take X-rays when necessary.
