Can take a few followups, but the team does ultimately get things done and cares about tenants' wellbeing/satisfaction.
I love the location and the Landlord is great at responding to maintenance requests. Anytime there was any issue the landlord was quick at handling it and communicating with me. I really love that we are available to talk with our Landlord when we needed.
I think this company is very unprofessional… I called texted and made an appointment no one never showed up… I even said if the property was not available anymore please let me know.. I would not recommend this property management team for anything… they are unprofessional
