Kkm was a quick visit for us during a time of need which turned into a long-term relationship with the vets here. The staff are so compassionate and caring. Our Rottweiler just returned home from a vacation stay 8 days to be exact. During our vacation trip our dog had some pain and experienced some loneliness at time and the girls at kkm sat many hours with her and spend alot of time making sure she was happy and comfortable. Took my rescue, 3-5 yrs old (estimated) first vet visit for him. They were thorough, very helpful, and did an excellent job of assessing and treating him. Have multiple babies, they have always done their best to accommodate my schedule and balance their needs and my budget. Of course, it helps if you understand that like children, preventative care is necessary to have a healthy and happy pet.
I am extremely disappointed in KKM! My dog Bogey was given 2 vaccinations and a test that I absolutely declined. They secretary out front that signed us in made note of it in our chart before actually meeting with the vet. It took two weeks to get in touch with the office manager to speak to her about our concerns. She repeatedly gave excuses about this vet being too persuasive, or that she is extremely passionate about taking care of animals, or that she just came back from maternity leave and could have mommy brain!?! They are doing a great job of taking care of my dog and her problem with her eyes.They are treating her for a allergic reaction and have her come back for follow up visit to monitor her progress.
We have been bringing Shadow, Annie and Luna to your office for over 14 years. Thank you for all kindness when we had our last appointment with Annie. You explained everything to us and gave us all the time we needed.
Incredible office with some of the most loving staff around. Long story short, my dog was having problems and we went to a 24 hour vet and she was misdiagnosed. Come Monday, she was worse and kkm worked us in and found the (rather serious) problem. If it wasn't for them, she wouldn't be here today. They have always been there for the routine check ups. We have been taking our pets there for years. In my opinion they are the best around very polite staff. Very polite and courteous veterinary staff very thorough. When we had to put our coonhound Bubba down they were Trying just as much as we were and consoling us. They took very good care of our pitbull George yesterday and he is feeling much better now. I would recommend anybody that has an animal please take your dog to this veterinary clinic.
