My boy has a history of poor behavior when it comes to clipping his nails; with this in mind the staff was both professional, and caring. The vet tech let him get to know her a bit before giving it a try, and didn't push and make things worse when he lived up to his reputation. RecommendedWe just had to euthanize our Shih Tzu of 10yrs. The dr and the staff both were caring, compassionate and professional. They sent us a condolence card with paw prints. I recommend KKM.
RecommendedThey have taken care of my fur babies since I moved up here. Now that I live in town that is about 35 minutes away I still bring them to this vets.
RecommendedWe had to take our kitty there today, I knew it was a grave situation as he had suddenly lost use of his rear legs. The female doctor (I wish I had gotten her name) was beyond compassionate, and her caring words were very comforting. It was an awful situation, but her demeanor & kindness helped tremendously.
