Used to be the best vet around. Now the office staff are mostly just rude. Received an email to confirm my dogs appointment. I clicked confirm. It says. Your appointment is cancelled. Call office. Talked to Amy who said you don't have an appointment. I said I just got email to confirm. Yeah well you don't have an appointment for you. You can print out the email and come in to talk to the office manager but we can't see your dog. Lousy service. Just absolutely lousy.
I have been taking my pets there for sometime now. Not too long ago I had to put down my baby due to old age. By far it was the most horrible thing I've ever done in my life. There is a lady there named Heather that just hugged me so hard and made it some what just a little it bear able. She is an awesome person and now when I take my new baby in she still remembers me and gives those great hugs that takes all the bad away. I no longer live in Middletown but I still make the drive because of the awesome people.
I went to KKM for the first time ever last week on Tuesday with my 1 year old female maltese/yorkie who was found to have parvo. Dr. Greenstein took excellent care with her and was patient and kind and recommended that I bring in her two 9-week old puppies to get them vaccinated right away....I did and on Thursday night one of the puppies came down with parvo symptoms...for those of you who don't know parvo can kill a dog quickly and especially a puppy.
