I have been with this Vet for over 10 years and my 5 month old puppy became sick yesterday and I called them at 3pm and they could not get him in and sent me to an Emergency Vet. Costly to say the least!!! Then I call in the morning to get a sick visit for an X-ray and they have none till Saturday so I have to pay $23 more to have an emergent visit. I use KKM for routine care and have had relatives use them for surgeries. The cost is lower than most and have always gotten great care for my pets there. Took my 11 year old pit mix today for a routine exam, catching her up on vaccines, heartworm test and some bloodwork since she is a senior dog and never had bloodwork done before. We have been told by staff that they would not treat their own animals the way they treated our dog by bringing him out with an open wound and refusing to give us antibiotics for an open wound they created but wanted us to pay for an emergency visit... again they created the issue and only try to blame us. Yesterday you helped my sweet 18yo cat cross the rainbow bridge. i cannot thank your kind veterinarian and amazing nurse enough. You were both so kind and caring in my time of heartache.
The care that I have experienced here over the last two days is absolutely phenomenal. My dog had an allergic reaction to his vaccination and they did everything in their power to squeeze us in and get him feeling more comfortable this afternoon. Even with everything going on all of the workers I came in contact with were polite and carried a huge smile on their face as they all approached Blue enthusiastically. I take my hat off to each and every one of you! I would recommend them to anyone!!
I'm so thankful & happy for all that kkm has done for my fur babies. This isn't the first time they have helped better my Fatfat. Everyone there is so kind and loving. My fatmans with the heart nose has had no more seizures! He is comfortable & back to his happy loving self. Thank you so much!
They can't find what's wrong with my 13 year old cat. :-( But the staff is all very nice and very caring.
