A True Professional on the Job I had a GREAT experience with the work done by Darrell from Kiwi Carpet Service. My carpet was cleaned a few weeks ago, but the floor under it needed some repairs. Darrell pulled up the carpet I fixed what was wrong and soon my home office looked like it had brand new carpet installed .... except the carpet is 20 years old. Great work Darrell a true craftsman at his job.
Worst company my wife and I have dealt with. We sent two 5x7 rugs to be cleaned. Kiwi kept our rugs 4 weeks. My wife and I were concern after 3 weeks so we contacted Kiwi on several occasions and were told the Manager would contact us. WE NEVER HEARD FROM THE MANAGER! When we finally received our rugs we could not tell they had been cleaned; the rugs looked just like they had when sent to Kiwi. My wife and I will not be using this company in the future and recommend other homeowners stay away from this company as well.
Never again! DO NOT use Kiwi for carpet cleaning and repair. Had 3 rugs picked up on 5/26/20. Rugs not returned until 7/28/20. No communication from Kiwi. I had to call repeatedly to get status. One rug delivered still stained, 2 rugs partially repaired. Picked up for re-do on 8/22/20. Returned on 10/22/20. Rugs reeked of deoderizer, but stains still on one rug and repairs to other 2 consisted of cutting off loose strings. Again, no communication unless I called for status. SCAMMERS!!! Do not use this carpet cleaning service Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Technician showed up not in uniform which seemed a little unusual to me but I let it slide. It was clear that the technician was some type of independent contractor of Kiwi Services. He was not in an official uniform (dirty jeans and a T-shirt), his vehicle had no markings on it that represented Kiwi Services (Van was an old beat up minivan). Those were the first red flags. SCAMMERS WARNING!!! DONT USE!!! TOTAL SCAM!!!! Kiwi services didnt clean anything and charged $1808 for services that they themselves admitted they were unable to clean grout once here than refused refund of charge for service. Said they needed a "redo process" as apart of their refund policy, so I agreed to have the tech try a second time. Same tech came out performed their "service" in a 4x4 foot area out of a 1600sqft area and still was unable to get the tile or grout clean with their machine or grout brush. Very disappointing. My brick floor was destroyed. I complained the same technician, Ricky, was sent back. Ricky came in didnâ??t even look at floor; stated, â??your dogs peed on the floorâ?? and left. The statement completely floored me since my dogs do not have access to that room. He destroyed my brick floors. With my second complaint, an uninterested supervisor came to my house. I knew when he left they were not going to repair the floor. DO NOT USE! BUYER BEWARE!! If I could give them a "0", I would! I am very disappointed with this organization and will advise caution before doing business with them. I personally will NEVER use them again. I initially contacted Kiwi Services in Plano as I was looking for a company close by that had a good reputation and decided to go with them considering their reviews were impeccable. super disappointed , kept my rug for a mount. very bad services and so cheap customer services.
wery bad servic, keep my rug tri weeks, and did not do nothink when bring my rugs rur was wet and steel have smell, very bad company.
