Water damage to carpet due to Water Heater Failure – John did a great job. Due to the water damage, he needed to come back two days later to install new padding, pick up the fans and dehumidfier, and do a final treatment on the carpet. He was timely and informative both visits. He's also great with our dog.
Really Great Carpet Cleaning Service! – I call Kiwi to come clean my carpet about once a month. I appreciated their warranty and their pricing is very competitive. The best part is that the carpet is dry almost immediately and it smells great. Their service team and phone reps are very professional and courteous, and the guys are always on time, if not earlier than promised. I will never use another carpet cleaning service. The results are great - even on pet stains & odors.
