Inexpensive return visits for a year!! – We have used Kiwi for several years and they have always done a fantastic job. The best part, in my opinion, is that they will come back for the price of a trip charge ($40 in my case) and clean the same areas again as often as you need for a year! Even if it's the whole house! Can't beat it! The carpets look great, which is no small feat since we have a dog and a teenage son!

Great Cleaning and other services – When people see our light colored carpet they are surprised to know it is 11 years old (with two litte kids). Kiwi has done a great job over the years!

Kiwi Long Time Customer – I've been a Kiwi customer for over 3 years. In that time, I've been very satisfied with their service. While they have not always been able to remove EVERY stain, my carpet always looks and smells better after their visit. Kiwi always arrives on time. On the rare occassion that I was not satisfied with my carpet cleaning, I called customer service and they arranged a free second cleaning at my convenience. Kiwi cleaning - not terrible – The best part is the fresh smell. I did not at all like that he raked a brand new (9 mos) very low & tight striped white carpet and made it look like my cat had a heyday all over the carpet without first asking me if I wanted it raked - it looked HORRIBLE! He had to re-clean it to get rid of most of the rake marks. I was offended the moment he walked in and I pointed to the white carpet - he said to me "is this a joke". Kiwi Carpet Cleaning Services – Kiwi has cleaned my carpets for approx. 4 years now. I have 8 rooms of carpet cleaned twice a year. The tech is curtious and careful with my furniture. I have never had anything broken. Each time the carpet is cleaned it looks really good. I really like the way they rake the carpet. Kiwi services also cleans my uphostery. Good JOB – I have been used Kiwi for two yearsI been please until one of the tech came out and didnt clean my carpet he bought in two spray bottle when he finish my carpet wasnt wet at all he just spot clean .When he left I call the office told them what happen The sent another tech out to clean my carpet with in a hour He clean my carpet Thank Kiwi for sending someone out to clean my carpet Immediatily

Tile Cleaning- Set up fee – Last Saturday was the 2nd time I have used Kiwi in the past year. What I initally liked about their program was the fact they would come back out within a year to reclean the carpet for a minimal trip charge which would be $28 plus $4 for each room. This seemed pretty reasonable however since I only had 1 room of carpet the fee would still be $32 . Clean Carpet – I first tried Kiwi last year after using several carpet cleaning service. I was really impressed with how clean my ten year old carpet was after the technician finished. I will continue using Kiwi and recommending them to others.
