Tom and Kitty will try to get a contactor to fold even though the contractor followed the terms in the contract. You will have to flow with a learning curve. Pull out your pocket book.
You will find them not to back the product they sell you. They did not have experience with us on our design. Great design. No experience with it.
They will smile...tell you how much experience they have...run don't walk They will pull the church card.
Kitty and Tom are nice. However, they run when the situation goes south. And then they have your money and do not fix the problem based on their religion.
They mess up the contract and run. They depend on the church to take money and then run from the contract.
They will smile at you and sell you something they will not back.
