The staff are friendly and professional. I have gone in a few times when I couldn’t get in with my PCP. Yesterday I was in and out within 30 minutes. They also do follow up to be sure the treatment is working. A great service for the community.
KV Urgent Care is wonderful! I had been sick with a bad cough for two weeks which was getting worse and just had to see someone. Rather than trying to get squeezed in with my regular doctor, I thought why not try out our new Urgent Care? I'm so glad I did! There was a very short wait time even though there were people constantly coming in. Everyone was so kind, efficient and caring. Dr. David Wood was great, and I even got a chest x-ray there rather than having to go to the hospital. Try it...you'll like it. :)

I had a great experience from the moment I walked in. It is an efficient check-in process in a professional atmosphere. All of the staff (the receptionist, Julie, and Chris) were caring and compassionate. Clean and comfortable environment. If I am ever in need again, I would not hesitate to visit this clinic.

I love urgent care. Jennifer Lewis has seen my kids many times and is amazing. She sees all my mom and dads kids as well and us when our clinic is closed. I think she’s wonderful and the rest of the staff there is as well. Love this place and love that we have her.
