10! It was the best experience I have ever had in a medical facility and I was quite apprehensive about going. From the quick check in and freindly front desk to Ryan the nurse and Jennifer the NP. My care was quick, thorough and super friendly.
I went there for the first time yesterday. I have had horrible experiences with urgent care facilities in the past, but not having health insurance until next month limited my options. Much to my (very happy) surprise, everyone at KVUC has not only friendly and professional, but compassionate, understanding, sympathetic and empathetic. Nathan Ruiz saw me for laryngitis. He was very thorough and kind! He ordered me no talking until my voice was better. I can back two days later to see if I was good to work again because my voice was somewhat better, but still not back to normal. He saw me when I walked in at the front desk and saved me time and money! Great place 🙂
they get you in very quickly ,and do a good job. everyone is friendly and happy
We had our first experience using urgent care last night because of needing stitches. SO SO SO grateful and impressed with the care we received! Definitely would recommend this place to our friends.
Took my 80 year old mother in for a possible ear infection and everyone was so kind, helpful and nice to her even with her being hard of hearing. Dr. Bentley was fantastic, considerate and understanding as was the other staff as well. Thank you all so very much!
