The entire staff, from reception, the nurse and the doctor, were all extremely kind and helpful. Being from out-of-state, I had issues with our new insurance as I had forgotten to pack the card. The receptionists were very patient and helpful in my quest to get them the information needed. The nurse checking me in was super friendly as was the doctor. took my son who was diagnosed with the flu. Staff was friendly. Check in process was quick and easy. Saw the doctor with 30 minutes of arriving and left before the hour. The Dr listened to us and answered all of our questions without making us feel like he was in a hurry to help another patient. I have been to other urgent care in other states and I was super impressed with the expirience I had here. BRAVO!

Hurt myself at work today. Went to urgent care as opposed to the ER. Best decision I made all day! The staff was very professional and personable. The PA Chris was absolutely amazing! Best stitches I have ever gotten!
I went in once for a ear problem and they got me right in and they were very professional and most of all compassionate . I will recommend them and if needed go back .
