I have been been seeing John and his excellent staff for many years, yeah I used to get hurt alot. My latest episode involved both an work injury and an unfortunate sports injury at the same time. They were able to work around both issues, surgery, PT, and get me back to being active faster than expected.
I have been working with Tanya Hughes for a few months and she has been more helpful and empathetic than my Doctors. I am amazed by the relief that I have received. She has worked hard to find stretches and movements that help alleviate my pain. I can never say thanks enough!
We had one visit which was a bad experience so we didn't go back. Then they billed my mom's insurance for over a dozen visits and refused to fix the issue or help with solutions. Rude front office and the manager Miranda was the worse. Just filed a grievance due to being billed for over a dozen visits where services were never provided. Thank you Kitsap Physical Therapy for showing your true colors.
Meghan, my therapist is genuinely kind and thoughtful. She is wonderful at problem solving and always has a huge smile on her face. The entire staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful.
