I was told by Lott that I would owe nothing for my first appointment. After seeing the physical therapist, I was suddenly told I owed $175. Their staff later called multiple times apologizing and confirmed I shouldn’t owe anything. Now I’m getting collection notices. Completely dishonest and unprofessional billing practices.
