I just had my 2nd session with Rafael Cui and am very happy with the progress I'm making. I came to Kinetix after not receiving help at another P.T. center. Here I am having 2 types of treatment that are helping my knee pain. I look forward to continued improvement on my journey to painfree! The billing system is very sketchy and they will charge you more than what insurance pays under the pretext that we will pay you back. The PT refused to see my wife as she had high blood pressure and my insurance was sent a bill of 400$. Numerous visit and phone calls all you can hear is their side of the story and they wont accept their mistake or hear what the patient has to say. 3rd visit the PT exercise has given her an injury in his presence and there is nothing they can do about it despite escalating to the directors.
