They were easy to work with and, even when our counter-tops were on back order, they stayed in great communication and expressed their frustration over the delay as well (it meant a lot to us that they understood how a delay feels during a remodel) And it really didn't take too much longer because they were on it. Kitchen and Bath Decor and More just did a great job gutting and redesigning/building our new master bath with extended walk-thru shower. Our home is very old and water leaked everywhere. The team did a great job replacing everything and even repairing some water damage connected to the old bathroom. They made sure that it was completely sealed. We're confident that this will last forever.
