They kept me in the dark most of the way. After settling my case they drug their feet at my expense. Its been over 3 weeks since settling still I have not been paid. KNR received my settlement checks deposited in their account. Now I have to wait 5 more business days for a check we all know clears overnight. I WILL NOT BE BACK.
I was involved in a car accident and retained KNR to represent me. I was assured they could handle everything. After a while I was offered a settlement that seemed fair they said they would pay all my medical bills out of settlement and they would take there fee I would than recive my share. A month or so after settlement I received a bill from the hospital for 1800 dollars. I called the attorney who handled the case and was told it was a oversight and would be taken care of. As previously communicated, your health insurance company reversed an adjustment they originally applied to your account because they did not have enough information from you. I did not receive a call or text from Kisling, Nestico & Redick asking if I needed their services, nor did a get anything in the mail. However, someone representing their firm hand delivered a what I would call advertisement to my front door. HORRIBLE!! They do nothing unless it can be done as they sit behind a computer screen. A they care about is getting paid! They get more out settlement then they try n get u! They don't stay in contact or call with updates. If u don't call them u get nothing!! Iys always o I was gonna call u. I've been lied too, and definitely made a victim again by them!! Wouldn't recommend them for NOTHING EVER!! Settlement won't cover a car or even parking tickets that occurred after accident when I couldn't move it. Theur rude and very un... read more

I am not happy at all with this company. I had an auto accident deemed 100% the other parties fault, the paralegal who I had in the beginning didn't do her job. I am a paralegal and had to do it for her meaning follow up with all medical personnel to make sure they received the paperwork and returned it in a timely fashion. The accident happened in January they ( the firm) were real quick to send someone out to do the paperwork and take the claim, but now it's like pulling teeth to get anything done.
