Attorney ****** ********* is unprofessional and not right in his practice of law. He wasted my time and tried to blame me for accidents that happen from other people. He sent to emails for claims. He added all my claims together. When they happened on different days. Two hit my car and one accident I was in a Lift car when it was hit. I had an auto accident in December 2022, contacted KNR January 2023 and retained them as my attorneys. Everything was going great for the first couple of months. Then there were a slew of different attorneys or paralegals every other month. All of a sudden my case became dormant and know one would respond to a phone call or text message. This went one for several months. 2 months were wasted after being told I was not wasting my time at all. I was told by the lawyer assigned that he believed in my claim. The second the insurance denied the claim, he dropped me. And he did absolutely nothing to help me.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Kisling Nestico & Redick the company I’ve dealt with. They displayed a complete lack of professionalism and their communication was abysmal, failing to represent me properly or communicate effectively. Their customer service was non-existent; no one contacted me directly or kept me informed about my case , causing immense frustration resulting in a negative review . Worst law firm. Rude. Disrespectful. Dishonest. Will not communicate, they obviously get kick backs from Chiropractors, if you call them they are rude & disrespectful to you. If you fire them they will put a lein on you! Refuse to prove what services they provided for the fees they charge. Refuse to communicate about fees & etc they want to charge you. 1.5 years of waiting for absolutely nothing. Ive done more work myself than they have on the case. Would never recommend them.

They kept me in the dark most of the way. After settling my case they drug their feet at my expense. Its been over 3 weeks since settling still I have not been paid. KNR received my settlement checks deposited in their account. Now I have to wait 5 more business days for a check we all know clears overnight. I WILL NOT BE BACK.
