My husband and I have been purchasing flooring from Kiser's for many years. We love that they carry a variety of products at different price points. We have received excellent customer service with projects at our main home and in various rental properties. They helped us find the perfect flooring, answered all of our questions, and completed quick and clean installations. I will shop here again.
Marty and Kiser's employees were amazing. So kind and helpful and knowledgeable about the many options/flooring choices they have available. Wide range of high quality products. Our installation was wonderful and quick! We are very very pleased with our entire experience with Kiser's and will continue to seek their help with any home needs in the future. DO NOT LET KISERS DO YOUR FLOORING!!! My parents home was flooded and the insurance/contractor had Kisers to replace hardwood in the living area. They put down FABRICATED wood in a 350,000 home, they put the furniture on the floor the same day that it was installed and the floor is nothing less than a tragedy. After our family gathered in the home for the 1st time since the floor was installed, there are many gaps between the pieces of wood, not to mention dents, scrapes and holes throughout. We were contacted through the contractor to replace ******************************************* in the Den that had water damage. The insurance company wrote an estimate to replace the flooring of the same quality and we replaced the flooring to the insurance guidelines. The ******* have 2 adjoining rooms that are near by the den that have the same hardwood as the den and the ******* and Kiser's wanted to get as close of a match as possible to the adjoining rooms because the den is in the line of sight to the those rooms.
