We used Kiser's to re-carpet our master bedroom & entire upstairs and could not have been more pleased. Hope was excellent to work with! She was knowledgeable and attentive to our specific needs as well as measuring so as to have as little waste as possible. The staff worked with me all along the way to get a warranty service to approve replacement of a stained carpet. I didn't give up, and neither did they. Highly recommend Kiser for all of your flooring needs.
After being promised a carpet install from another company within 5 days of purchase only to learn the real install date would be closer to months, we walked into Kisers and explained our situation. Clark helped us choose new carpet and promised to have it installed within the following week. Normally time would not be an issue except the house was being put on the market to be sold. Hope was my salesperson who had a huge task, I wanted hardwood floors that were not brown or grey. She was so awesome and knowledgeable and let's add patient during this process. Hands down, the most expert flooring company in Memphis. We have utilized them in three homes over 29 years. No job is too small or too large and Kisers always wants a job well done! Their in-stock inventory is plentiful, but if you need to order a product, it's timely due to their volume. Ask for Amy if you don't have a Kiser's contact. The family-owned business will treat you like family!
