The contractor they hired to install my hardwood floor displayed a chauvinistic attitude towards women. I wanted to extend the wood to my hallway per my consultation with the store manager concerning the wood matching. I am honestly a little shocked to see all of these positive reviews and am wondering why our experience was so drastically different. We had floors replaced. The work was done overall well, but the customer service and communication throughout the project was horrific. They did not listen to us about what we wanted. Losers did an amazing job on our wood laminate flooring! The store has a wide selection of products and they were extremely helpful to us in making a selection. Installers did a great job. Will definitely use them again for any future flooring needs!
