Hiring is a joke. They say they require a new hire to be vaccinated for C-19 but allow guest, visitors and even field trips where others may not be?!?! Talk about double standard! Poor communication.
The people managing this place are awful people.
They are not a good company to work for. They have wronged me, used me, mistreated me an I only have worked there for 2 long years. They didn’t appreciate my efforts an nor did they try to communicate with me, oh yeah good luck trying to have that communication cause you never know about anything or someone’s passing. My Mother lived at Kirkwood for several years until she passed this year. The people of Kirkwood from the executive staff to the medical and floor staff were always very supportive and provided her with excellent care throughout her stay. The activities and interaction were good for her. The greatest asset at Kirkwood are their employee's, they all go the extra mile to make their residents feel wanted and loved.
