Stay away from them! I had been a customer of theirs for over 20 years taking multiple cars to their shop for new brakes, new tires, scheduled maintenance, but I will not going back. They cross threaded the oil drain plug on one of the oil changes they did on my car. I should have never took it back to them but I thought they were going to fix what they broke so when I took it back to them for the next oil change, they told me that they had a problem getting the oil drain plug out and that I needed a new oil pan and oil pan ... read more
I've had a long-standing relationship with Kirkwood, and they are by far the best mechanics and staff I've ever worked with. Currently, I'm keeping an old Stratus with 136,000 miles on the road and safe. At Kirkwood Auto, their honesty, thoroughness, and patience in explaining things where maintenance is concerned has contributed greatly to keeping my old dinosaur running. Thanx and well-wishes to Norm, Don, Eric, Chris, Brian, Debbie, and everyone there for all of your good service.
