First class shop all the way. They have certified techs who perform work on hybrid vehicles. I saved myself $2500 after getting a quote from these guys for replacing a failed HCU on my hybrid. I'm so lucky I checked with these guys before the dealership 'took me to the cleaners'. The most professional auto shop I have ever had work done. Take a minute, get a quote or a second opinion from this place before believing a dealership who says 'this is the best you can do'.
I've been with Kirkwood auto since 2002. I trust them, appts are easy and accommodating. Staff go beyond to make sure your happy. I've only had 2 problems since 2002 and they immediately fixed with no problems and no charge. I usually talk to Debbie, Brian, Kyle, and now Chris. Giving them a shout out for a job well done.
Kirkwood Auto is the best. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. The employees are very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.
Big Liars. Said my Jeep needed 700 dollars work for a radiator leak. Took it to my regular mechanic and it only cost $75

I bought 4 new tires for my wife's car before the snow storm, Kirkwood Auto had them in the store and installed on my wife's car plus a front end alignment before the snow hit . It was a smooth process from beginning to end.
