We take all 3 of our cars and they do great work. If you want too keep your car running then this is the auto shop for you
Cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we had at Kirkwood Auto! After receiving a seemingly questionable diagnosis from the dealership we came to Kirkwood for a second opinion that ended up saving us thousands of dollars! So nice to find a convenient location that values good communication and honesty. We will definitely be back!
I have been going to Kirkwood Auto for the last 10 years. The service is great. The prices are reasonable. And I have never had a problem with overcharging. My car recently died at the gas station. They were able to fit me in the next day. Around noon they tell me it was just the battery. $130 later I'm back on the road and my car was running more quietly than it had been in a few months. I have recommended them to family and friends.
I will never go to this auto repair center again. I went on 5/4 bc mtmy windshield washer fluid wasn't coming out of the front or back of my windows and my drivers side door wasn't working. They replaced the fuse on the front washers and stated that if it stopped working again that meant the relay was bad and that i would need to get that fixed. On the bottom of the form it says they did a courtesy check. Which included the fluids. A couple days later the washer stopped working again. So I assumed ok, the relay needs to be c... read more
