My car broke down in Delaware. I was 50 miles from home. I contacted Geico Roadside assistance and I had to pick a local place to where my car would be towed. I did a very quick survey of the reviews and picked Kirkwood. I'm glad I did. I left the car there on Wednesday July 3rd. I am very disappointed with Kirkwood! I have been bringing my 2004 Jeep there since it had 30k and it now has 207k. I was told by them on my last visit it would need $5,000 worth of work. which included new tires! I was beside myself!Why all of a sudden would my Jeep need that much work, when I brought it to them every 6-9 months?? Anyway, I brought it to someone else and they did all of the repairs, including 4 new tires for $1600 and that included labor!! (I also found out my oil plug was stripped!!)
