This has to be one of the best law firms in all of North Carolina. John, Adam, and Sarah are just amazing. If you have a case with a lot of conflict or complex issues you really should go to Kirkman Attorneys.
This has got to be the worst lawyer I have ever hired for anything. If I had hired a bum off the side of the road he could not have done any worse of a job than John W. Kirkman. If you are a client of his or thinking about it. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. Anyone else will be better. He not only forgot about the court case. He showed up late and the said NOTHING. He charged $600 to show up late. Said nothing, I was convicted and I didn't do what I was being accused of. Great lawyer. Well respected. It was clear by the way the judge spoke to him and the other lawyer reacted to him in the courtroom that he knew what he was talking about and had their respect.
