The food was cold and the customer service was even colder....we informed the manager that the food was cold and seemed to sitting out for too long of a time and he put us out he yelled at us and didn’t try to calmly handle or fix the situation we will never go back here again 🤬
The worst Chinese buffet I’ve ever been too. The food was literally cold on the buffet. They were preparing green beans on a table nearby where the customers were eating, and some fell on the floor. The food was disgusting. The shrimp tasted old. I’m pretty sure I got sick from this food. It was $28+ for me and my 12 year old to eat dinner. I will NEVER eat here again! The food was fair....what was left anyways. Even the shrimp cocktail sauce was never refilled! Their sign says open til 9:30pm, we got there at 8:38pm and the staff started pulling the buffet at 8:48pm! I complained because the utensils that were used in some of the pans they removed were tossed into other pans with food in it. EX: Removed the cakes tossing the utensils into the pan of watermelon. The food was disgusting, the shrimp was not cleaned (poop veins), the tea tasted like it had coffee mixed in it. $36 for three bites... never again! 😡🤢👎
My husband and I came in with our 3 small boys....got our plates and the food was cold, when we told them the man asked if I wanted him to stick it in the microwave....I told him "I came to a restaurant to eat good hot food", he then asked if we wanted to eat more, my husband said "no I dont think so" so the employee told us too leave!
