Been driving past your place for years and finally stopped in after being told about the food by friends that had moved from colorado to Raleigh NC . I had the cowboy cup, fantastic. Pork was juicy and it all works well together, little sweet, little spicy. I wish I would've tried sooner. My family and I are about to move to Raleigh in june. Great food and atmosphere. Thank you.
Best Carolina Pulled Pork ever. Just so freaking amazing! Ashley was great and despite our Packers puking all over themselves, the food, beer and company more than made up for it. Highly recommended!
Found kirbys shortly after we moved to leadville 5 years ago. Have gone back as many times as we possibly can. Best bbq anywhere when i drove otr truck i made a point to find all bbq possible. Best in country hands down.
