RecommendedI had the full rack of ribs. Wow. That was some of the best ribs I've ever had. Flavor, tenderness and texture were all perfect. Only thing is, they could have been a little warmer. The sides were good. I had the mac n cheese (a bit al denté), the corn bread (a touch dry) and the hush puppies (really good). Adding their tasty bbq sauce (I used both) rounded out everything nicely. The cute bartender was super cool too.
He did the Heimlich maneuver on my son who was choking. Good guy! Good food too!

We love Kirby Cosmos. Great setting in Minturn, Colorado. Enjoyed some great BBQ and a nice cold beer. Great kids menu too.
����� 5 Stars fo’ sho’! Took a little dip off the highway on our way back home today. Found one of the best little hidden bbq joints you could hope for. The owner Mark was one heck of a host, and we will definitely be back!
