Unimpressed. Brisket was clearly oven baked when I was told by staff it was smoked. No smoke ring, no bark. Came out shredded rather than sliced. Was also smothered in sauce, which is a bad sign. If you need sauce, the pitmaster (if there was one) got it very, very wrong.
I would rate higher! Excellent service, presentation, and taste. Had the BLT with fried green tomatoes and by far the best sandwich I've had since leaving Maryland in January and traveling the country. My husband had fire in the hole hot wings and loved them. The owner and waitress were extremely welcoming and friendly. Loved it!
