RecommendedKirby’s has an awesome small-town vibe, amazing food, portions large enough to split and be satisfied and an excellent beer selection, mostly focused on Colorado and craft brews. The bar staff is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is vibrant and friendly. My husband and I have been coming here regularly since we first started dating and the owner and regular patrons have become like family. Oh, and the bar is named after the owner’s late, great German shorthair pointer, Kirby Cosmo.
