I appreciate the friendliness of the front and back office staff. I have never had more than a 5 minute wait to see Dr. Kinsley. He is friendly, thorough, and professional. I have been seeing Dr, Kinsley for over 5 years and trust in his ability to monitor my skin health.
Appointment right on time, no wait, and I thought Dr. Kinsley was very professional & courteous, however front office staff leaves something to be desired. I interacted with 3 different employees and not one of them smiled, made eye contact or spoke any pleasantries. Staff can make or break any practice as they are representing the providers and are instrumental in forming first impressions.
Thorough exam and explanation of potential troublesome spots. I was a little early and got taken in right away. Dr. came in right at appointment time. Very friendly and good bedside manner.
This is the first dermatologist I've seen. He alleviated my worries about skin problems and addressed a thick scar that formed after a black mole was excised by my general practitioner. I'm pleased with his level of care.

Dr. Kinsley is an excellent dermatologist—professional, kind, and highly knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen and provide thoughtful care, making every visit comfortable and reassuring. I’ve always been impressed with his expertise and the quality of his treatments. Highly recommend!
Awful guy. Very condescending, rude, arrogant, and mean. Bizarrely sensitive to any patient input. Terrible terrible experience.
Doctors very good and competent. Front office curt and unwelcoming.
I go every couple months. Have been for 8 years. I've seen him once. Normally I can only get in to see the PA, which is usually 6 weeks out on scheduling.they way over book themselves. Other than that the experience is good.
