First time visiting for a powerlifting competition. Great hosts and a great facility. Had a lot of fun!
Recently visited this gym for a bench press comp with my husband. The gym had a great set up with kids area, equipment, rock climbing wall and lots more! Everyone was very welcoming and encouraging! Overall great first experience!!
I am all About honest reviews. This place may not have all brand new equipment, but it has equipment that is really important in fitness. What it lacks in beauty it makes up for in availability. Now that being said, the single solitary reason I give them 5 stars is the community. The people who maintain, run, and even the people who work out here are amazing. I can't say enough good things about this gym. Friendly staff, absurdly flexible hours, great community full of members who take pride and always clean up after themselves. Plenty of equipment. Favorite place to workout by far.
I love going when there isn't very many people. I can workout at my own speed and not feel like I'm being judged.
