I joined today and worked out gonna try and get back in shape .The people were very helpful definitely got a good workout in . I'm telling all my friends love the fact they 're open 24hrs.
So great to have this place and close to home :) Great atmosphere and always polite and eager to answer questions... Hope everyone checks it out and utilizes this great place. More programs coming soon to the gym that sound cool also!!!
