New member here 👋🏽! Really loving my trips to KFZ. Very clean, well lit, equipment is in great condition and easily accessible. You don’t feel cramped or claustrophobic. Tanning is superb. Staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful.

this gym is a great place to go I go here 6 days a week and the staff makes it feel like I'm part of the family the environment there is awesome if your into fancy equipment and all that jazz you may not like it but they are in the middle of upgrading stuff to make it better for there gym family.
Not actually staffed during staffed hours. Tried going by to check it out today but no one was there. Maybe they should post that they aren’t accepting new members then?
Highly recommended! Been coming here for a few years! The staff is great, lots of different equipment, even boxing equipment. There is a large stretching room which has different equipment to help you get more flexible. Very reasonably priced! And it is open 24 hours! I suggest giving the gym a try! Also has various classes, yoga, dance fitness, and silver sneakers classes.
