Maintenance here is terrible. Would never recommend anyone move here. Have reported many times different thing needing fixed. Repairs ignored or not fixed. Just putting a band aid to temporarily fix problem. Wish I could give less. Ammendment: after this post the next morning I received a new AC and all other repairs were done. I am changing rating to 4.
I have lived here nearly 3 yrs. The management is so much better now than when I first moved here. They really seem to care. Finally got my steps fixed so you don't trip going up or down from patio to carport.
This place is a joke all they want is money I have not even been here 2 months and paid over 2,000$ and got a vacate notice today that me (pregnant) and my boys have 3 days to move out if we dont give them more money
