I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent here...maintenance is horrible at fixing things. We didn't get a walk through when we moved in so now we are fighting with them to fix things after the fact. When you open a work order it is closed even though the it's fixed or not. All seals on the windows are dry rotted and all they do is come by and put clear caulk on it instead of replacing the seals. Even went as far as calling corporate and they won't even show up to make things right.
this plase sucks , i started living here 2 years ago and i used to pay 750 a month ,,right now i'm paying 900 dlrs ,,thats ridiculous for this kind of apts, 80 dlrs only for the water bill i fill like they doing this in porpouse ,, the good thing that every body is living ,and i'm too
To many problems to list. I feel like there is always something that still needs fixed. Of course we been in the same apartment for six years now so maybe just time to move on.
