management Management is horrible, unprofessional, and need to be fired. Apartments are dirty and infested with all kinds roaches. The apartments itself are rotting. The whole building are dirty, and the trash bins are always overflowing with trash to the point that trash are piling up on the ground. So, stay away from this place because you’ll regret it.
This property is ok This property can be better if the owner of this building fix it up , there’s a lot of roaches , the manager for one is rude . To be working for the public and with people she is not friendly , when you call her she doesn’t answer her phone at all . Don’t come The first major problem will be the roaches that will never be dealt with. The second is the staff that doesn’t care unless you are a friend of the employees. Everyone is set to have one parking spot but the building will give u am spot not near ur apartment. Than while u walk for ever other apartments will have multiple spot. Nice Apartments Building and Community! I have lived at Kingswood Village for 10 years now and I really like living here. Lately the building has been going through renovations and the majority of new units are being upgraded with hardwood floors, new cabinets, new showers, etc. Which is really giving the building new life! Another nice things about living here is that the workers and management quickly address issues and do their best to accommodate around your schedule. Infested on bed bugs and roaches Be aware of this place! There are A LOT of roaches, and bed bugs are a nightmare. Hall ways elevators extremely dirty. Managers doesn't care. Please check reviews before, people can say how this place it is. This building should be close. Stop lying people.
Be awareee!!! Infected in bed bug!!!!! The most dirty place in the world I would posted pictures of how this really look like but i cant upload pics... anyway stay away from this place beg bug and roach everywhere it doesn't matter how old your furniture is u have to throw them away. Add has inaccuracies, and ROACHES WILL CRAWL ON YOU!! This add has several inaccuracies. There is NO SPA, the parking lot is mostly NOT COVERED, and the ones that are have been safely kept and guarded by the older tenants. Also, there are NO BALCONIES. The first level has access to a public space that you might call a PATIO, but anyone can walk through it. Poor Management Management (since 2011) is unresponsive to requests for maintenance or enforcing any kind of tenant behavior standards. The police must be called to deal with tenants that interfere with the rights of those that are quiet and respectful. Roach and bedbug infestations encouraged by the managers allowing tenants to place garbage outside of their doors or in common areas, sometimes for days at a time. Tenants urinate in the stairwells. Not a healthy place to live.
Two fires in one month Not only is there an infestation of cockroaches and bedbugs but they had 2 reported fires in one month during August 2015. Part of the 2nd floor has reconstruction still taking place and several tenants had to be moved to other apartments. This building needs to be condemned!
