The poor rating is for her front desk staff/nurse, not for her. I have been going to Dr. Kingsley since 2012 and as a provider she is wonderful. I called 3 months ago to schedule a General Derm appt. and was scheduled for 6 months out (ridiculous, but I like her an it was non-emergent, so fine). Today, 3 months before my appt. I get a call stating it is cancelled and I have been dropped as a General Derm patient, but that they would be happy to schedule me for a Cosmetic Procedure. Um, no!
